Praline Pecan Chocolate Chip Cookies

Taste the decadence of New Orleans with this delicious and unique cookie.

~3 min

Mardi Gras Season always makes me think of my time in Louisiana. Cities closed down for the parades and celebrations... and the FOOD! Gumbo, étouffée, King Cake in al the flavors! So this time of the year, I get a little inspired to play with those flavors. This recipe is a simple one, adding the taste of pralines to a chocolate chip cookie.
